ReplyDeleteThey are crape paper that I got at the local scrapbook store. I'll have to create a tutorial. They are super easy to make.
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to let you know I received the candy and it is so cute. My DD tried to swipe it so I had to hide it, I may let her help me use it on some cards. I definitely think you should do a tutorial, I would love to learn how to make the flowers. Thanks again!
